No this is not some rich seam discovered by a wandering hillbilly!…
It’s Alison’s homemade honeycomb..we dub it :
Groovecomb™
When she’s not rocking the keys and computer, she’s whipping up this, amongst other treats, in our kitchen.
This batch is now smashed up and ready for coating in chocolate…yes, chocolate I said!..This yummy sh*t is now weaponised !!!
It’s so good it will make your legs wobbly and your mouth water…finally a surefire method to control human beings!
I’ve become a bit obsessed with the amazing Zaha Hadid after recently reading a wonderful profile on her in the Dec 21/28 New Yorker. What an amazingly inspirational woman she is. A true icon for women. She’s a Baghdad born, London based architect who has just recently completed construction of the National Museum of the XXI Century Arts, or MAXXI, in Rome. You will also be able to see her amazing Aquatic Centre being built for the 2012 London Olympics. A lover of the trapezium shape, she blends Middle Eastern/Arabic influences with the futuristic and has been influenced by the Russian painter Kazimir Malevich and architects Koolhaas and Tschumi. Definitely NOT an ‘on paper’ architect.

Her trademark geometric Zs are almost certainly the starting point for every project.
October 2009 Design Museum of London exhibited Zaha Hadid’s new commission, Visions For The City Of London.
